The ThyssenKrupp trainee program offers you a promising start to your career. The program is tailored to your personality and skill set, and is also geared towards helping you achieve the role you want at Uhde. There’s no better grounding for your future role with us.

The beauty of the program is that you not only discover the many different facets of your division at Uhde, but you also gain an insight into how all the different functions connect and work together.

You then have the opportunity to get to know other departments and to create your own network by making new contacts. We also give you the opportunity to get to know your equivalent in one of the other ThyssenKrupp companies so that you can learn from other colleagues.

Another highlight is the visit to one of our subsidiaries overseas as we believe that improving cross-cultural expertise is one of the keys to strengthening your profile as a future leader.

On top of this we also give you the chance to take part in selected seminars to prepare you for working life, and there are a number of events and networking functions where you can compare notes with all the other trainees.

During your time as a trainee you will be well looked after and supported by your contact on site at Uhde and by your mentor from the Management Development department who will be with you from the start and who are always there to help with any questions.
